NEC Telecom MODUS, Ltd (NTML) is a wholly owned subsidiary of NEC Corporation in Japan. We provide development services to the Network Solutions Business Division within NEC Corporation’s Telecom Services Business Unit.

With NEC Europe Ltd.

In November 2020 - NEC Corporation announced the establishment of its Global Open RAN Centre of Excellence (CoE) at NEC Europe Ltd in the U.K. to accelerate the global adoption of Open RAN and to further strengthen its structure for accelerating the global deployment of 5G.

NTML, as NEC Corporation’s UK RAN technology development centre, is able to support the CoE with detailed technology information and related 3GPP and O-RAN specification knowledge when required.

With NEC group companies worldwide

NTML regularly exchanges information and collaborates with NEC’s group companies all over the world including NEC’s System Platform Research Laboratories in Japan, NEC Laboratories America Inc., NEC Laboratories Europe, NEC Laboratories China and NEC Australia.
